Children are always a priority at UCC, Midland, and this church joyfully strives to meet the varied needs of all the families we serve. Children are invited to participate in our Zoom worship services with their families, and are welcome to view our recorded worship services. There is a Message for All Ages towards the beginning each service that highlights the weekly message in a way that is more accessible to children.

SAFE Church
 

We at United Church of Christ, Midland, believe that our church should be a safe church for all those who come in good faith. Most important, it should be a safe church for the children, youth, and vulnerable adults who are entrusted to us.

All Sunday School teachers and helpers, Childcare providers, Youth Advisors, SAFE Church Volunteers, and Vacation Bible School Leaders are SAFE Church Trained. We have a weekly SAFE Church Volunteer that visits all Sunday School classrooms and offers teachers assistance when necessary. We offer annual SAFE Church Trainings, and believe that education is a key factor in protecting children in our church and community.
